The pearl market

I can still not believe the amount of pearls for sale in this pearl market. We are glad we had hired a professional shopper to inspect each pearl. She was great and made it easy for us since we had no idea what to look for with the quality of a pearl. There were probably 100 little shops in this market filled with bags of strands of pearls.

Trip to the park

I have to say the parks in China are beautiful.  They are so clean and manicured.

ok ok, maybe I regret teaching her to stick out her tongue. 

Famous red couch photo and group photo

At the White Swan hotel families in your group attempt to get a group photo of the babies on "The Red Couch," not an easy task.  The guide counts to 10 and you have to have your baby in place then run away.

Trying to get back to the norm...

-I think all 3 of us are all screwed up with the time change and jet lag.  I'm not feeling the greatest, Adriana was up at 4am and I don't think Cindy went to bed till well after midnight.  I just downloaded all the pictures off of the camera and camcorder.  Maybe later today I will post some.

Saturday Adriana met Grandma S and Ken.  She also met Kozmo.  She likes him and just stares at him when he is moving around.  She laughs when he licks her.

It is supposed to be hot and humid today, it will probably feel like China.

We craved pizza while in China.  We still haven't had it.  I haven't been feeling well and it seems like one of us is sleeping while the other is awake.

Adriana is in her excer-saucer now.  She is very smiley this morning.  I had heard her on the baby monitor around 2am saying "dadadada".  It was kinda cute.
