Baby proofing...

We just got about 100 outlet plugs.

Baby gates for the tops of stairs:  Haven't even opened the boxes yet!  They have to be mounted because they now say not to use the pressure type.

Padding for around the fireplace hearth.  Yes they actully make padding that attaches to the sharp rock edges.

Cabinet door locking thingamagigees.  Self explanatory.  Just hope I don't need toilet paper in a hurry.

And the list goes on...

It's Official!!!!

It is official, this process is driving me absolutely crazy!!!!   I apoligize for the teaser title there.  You were probably thinking there was some terrific news...NOT

Anyway the rumors going around the adoption sites are that the next referral bach will be by February 1st.  When I say referrals, that refers to the next batch of baby's getting matched to the new parents paperwork.  Our first notification will be by email, then they call you on the phone later in the day.  When you get your email you also get a photo of your baby.  The baby is usually dressed in homeade clothing from the orphanage.  Many families keep this original clothing forever.

And Marn this post is for you.  I wasn't posting because I thought nobody was reading it.  You need to post here once in a while then I know someone is actually reading it.  When you post here it also sends me an email.  Then I know I'm not just typing for no reason.

Now that its getting closer I will probably post more.
