Shout Out

I want to give a special shout to my wonderful husband that surprised me today by having beautiful pink, lavender, and white flowers delivered to me at work along with "It's A Baby Girl" balloon.  All of this hasn't sunk in quite yet.  Thank you my dear husband for making all my dreams come true.  I love you!

Just so you know in China they bundle up the kids in layers of clothes.  One person said that when they brought their baby back to the motel room, they removed four pairs of pants just to get to the diaper.

We got the call! We have a baby!!!

Her name is Jing Qin Fu    Her DOB is July 31st, 2010.  She is from the Jiangxi Province and the name of the orphanage is Fuzhou SWI.

Wow less than 7 months old!  We will get a photo emailed to us in about two hours!

We are soooo excited!  Lots to do and lots to plan.  

Just a guess but think we would probably be traveling around May 5.

We will post the picture when we get it.

Dear Great Wall family,

I have wonderful  news!!  The Stork Has Landed at GW! If you have received this email we are pleased to announce that we have received your referral!  Congratulations! 

We are quickly getting everything prepared to contact you (sorting referrals, scanning your pictures, etc!) We will contact each family by phone today and also email you your child’s photo!

Please read this information: I will contact all families by phone first - once all families have been contacted, I will then email you your child's photos. So that I may contact each family today and also send you your child's photos, I will be moving as quickly as I can!  

During our call, I will provide you with the following information regarding your child: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Orphanage Name and Province.

Everyone will be contacted today and I hope to have your child's original referral documents in the mail tomorrow or by Monday so that they may be overnighted to you. I thank ALL of you for your continued patience and support!

Rumor of a reported phone call in Europe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Report of a phone call!!!!

I have a report of a referral phone call being made in Europe. The family has a LID of June 9th, which means the CCAA made it at least that far.
I would *really* like to hear of another agency with referrals before we all get too terribly excited. But I see enough people talking about this on the European board that it appears to be legit.

This means we could get a phone call today or tomorrow along with an email with a picture of Adriana!  I'm off work today and tomorrow.  I'll be waiting!!!
